About the Author
Rebecca D’Harlingue earned an MA in Spanish language and literature, worked as a hospital administrator, and taught English as a Second Language to adults from all over the world.
Her debut novel, The Lines Between Us, won in New Fiction in the Independent Press Awards, and won in its category in the CIBA Chaucer Book Awards. It was also a finalist in several other contests. Her second novel, The Map Colorist, which has won a Literary Titan award, will come out in September, 2023.
D'Harlingue is a member of the Historical Novel Society. She has belonged to the same book club for decades. She lives with her husband in Oakland, California, where they are fortunate to frequently spend time with their children and grandchildren.
