Favorite Historical Fiction Blog Post From the Past Five Years

By Kathryn Pritchett
August 20, 2024

Over the past five years as we’ve found our blogging voices, it’s been fun to see distinctive patterns emerge. Ana Brazil is a trained historian, and her posts are full of meaty facts and helpful resources. “Fifty States of Historical Fiction” highlights a work of historical fiction from all fifty states. I immediately jumped to her pick for Idaho—where I was born and raised—and discovered a new author and novel to enjoy. Same with her selection for California where I’ve lived most of my life. I never fail to learn something new from Ana’s posts and that’s why I’ve selected this post as one of my favorite blogs of the past five years.
